Supersonic bad service
It has been 10 days now that I do not have internet on my fixed LTE router from Supersonic. I have called numerous times and everytime your so called Superstars gives me a different fix which does not work. Everytime I apply the fix I have internet for 15 minutes then after that no internet connection. I have paid my monthly payment. I need this sorted now.

26 Nov 2022, 22:46I have cancelled my subscription with you guys, because nobody comes back to me. I have paid for the full month of November and had no internet for the whole month. Where has my money gone, where has my internet connection gone? How can I pay for a service and not get any service at all?
