SuperSonic bad service

My experience was very back as I signed for the fibre wifi which only worked for about four hours and lost connection after that it never connected again even after many attempts of reporting it. So I cancelled it and I was supposed to be refunded my once off payment of R400 which was never refunded now I am getting emails that says I am owing them
