Supersonic bad service

I have cancelled my order withbtoyr office for none response from your deliver partner and for your management ignoring my problem and unable to get through to your contact centre. I have not received any items from your office... no sim card no router. Why am I still receiving a bill for the month. NOTE this was cancelled
