SUPERSONIC BAD SERVICE

So I had a problem with Supersonic last year. With one hell of a situation I got them so far to actually seeing the issue and they started handling it. And they sorted the whole problem out within 48 hours. I am thankfull for that.

BUT: Now I struggle with new problem - they are supposed to refund me an amount into my bank account. According to them it was supposed to take few days to come in (eg. Fromna Tuesday tot Friday maybe. That I can understand. But now it is slowly going on to 3 weeks now and still NO REFUND!! I emailed the two persons who helped me - NO REPLIES!!!! Thats why I am back on Hello Peter.

Again they proof that they are not be trusted. They proof why I will EVER EVER think of using any of their products!! They are a hopeless case.

So again people: STAY AWAY FROM THEM!! When something goes wrong, you have problems!!!
