Supersonic bad service

I am disappointed with the service i got from super sonic, i ordered a router and simcard 3 months ago and i havent received any thing from them but the bill for 3months I have it. I also tried contacting them several times but no one is willing to help i even tried their whatsapp platform but with no luck nothing happened. Supersonic does not take people serious and there service is not satisfying, how do you bill a client for service that they are not getting. Every disappointed in supersonic and wouldn't recommend it to people . Its a **** an hungry to blacklist people Cellphone *** and email *** i will be waiting for your response
