Supersonic bad internet service

Don't wast your time and money with supersonic you request something on whatsapp and you get half hearted answers my internet keeps going offline when I try to use my night time cap then when you want to find out what is wrong all they say is you are online and should reset your router when you ask why it's going offline you don't get answers so I have canceled my packaged with them and moving to another service provider so don't wast your time and money
