Supersonic bad.

I signed up for a month to month contract with Supersonic on the 16th of Oktober and it is now the 11th of November and I am still not connected. There are no wifi and I called them 10 times but you must wait for almost 20 minutes before a customer agent answer the call. I locked tickets for assistance but no one assist me and then they close the ticket where you asked to be helped to resolve the problem. No one of supersonic will assist you and resolve the problem.I even asked for a refund but no response from them. There are no customer service. They ignore all my complaints. The worst company I ever delt with.
