Supersonic bad customer service

Supersonic suspended my account for no reason. when I enquired I was told its because i last made payment in August 2023. I sent the unprofessional tech support agent all POP's but my services are still not restored. I called her again today on the cell she provided on her email wanting feedback because my son is enrolled for on line classes and needs wifi- she said i must stop calling her she did everything on the system and i must speak to someone else in the call center. the audacity of speaking to your customers in such a disrespectful and condescending manner.
