Supersonic Bad Customer service

WOW, I would not recommend any of my friends or family members to sign up with Supersonic. Their customer service is just not up to business standards. They are quick to tell you,you owe and start debiting your account. But it takes them years to supply you with documents that they need to give you to remove yourself from debt review because of them. It's been over a month where have been asking for a statement and a paid up letter. And the answer I have been getting from their customer service (whatsapp) "We have escalated to the billing dept" Can this really be so difficult for a company to issue out just those 2 documents.

I have for their billing depth email address and contact numbers. I am still waiting for a response.
