Supersonic bad

Got charged for 2 accounts instead of the 1 I agreed on. I asked for invoice and methods of payments. Never gave out bank details. Only to receive invoice , notifying I can pay via EFT , but I battled to get them to issue new invoice as I was now being charged for 2 contracts. After numerous reassurances that the matter was corrected. They STILL debited my account ( which I did not agree on) for 2 for 2 contracts !months!
