Dear Supersonic! im so disgruntled and perplex t how how your center agencies work. i made a call at about 8:15 this morning and at 8:40 i got through an agent to assist me with the issue im having we spoke for sometime on the phone trying to tell her my issue on my side. i tried asking her nicely to please look at my IP address for me and find out about my router coz on my side i cant open it. i lost my password on my WIFI router and i just wanted that from her. i I've bin waiting to get help and i waited for 15min or more plus anther 20min with her and was runing out off airtime. i told fer i'm runing out of airtime and she told me she'll get back to me. it is now 10:30 and still waiting for her assist ens. i only want my WIFI pasword
