Supersonic

I signed up with Supersonic, was not happy with the service and cancelled after a few months … Now I need them to release the line , in order to connect with another service provider…but I am unable to get hold of them. NO ANSWER TO PHONE LINES NO RESPONSE AT ALL I Just need them to release the line ASAP
