Supersonic assistance not existing...service levels pathetic!!!

Supersonic crashing? Logging calls on their "WhatsApp" line....no responses received!! Tried to call the business number (Jhb) and recorded response is: we are receiving high volume of calls......blah, blah, blah...and please log calls on our "WhatsApp" system. Phoned the person who I dealt with on her direct line, was told she resigned (can't blame her) and the lady who answered REFUSED TO GIVE ME HER NAME!!! When I asked her to hold so I can give her my account, SHE PUT THE PHONE DOWN!!! WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THAT??? My next post will reveal this contact number...I'll give Supersonic an hour to respond and fix my connectivity issue.
