Supersonic as a ISP is the worst

I have so many issues with Supersonic (Vodacom) Fiber in Meyerton. Worse. service provider ever. The latest is I have lost internet connection now for a week and all they can tell me is that Vodacom has cancelled my fibre and cant tell me why. I have told them to get it reconnected and its a week later and nothing.

I have called many times and they say someone will call me back and no surprise, no one calls me back. Supersonic can't deliver what they say but will charge you for a service they can't provide. I have spent so much time with them on the phone up to 40mins at one time and they keep giving me the run around but not resolving my issue.
