Supersonic are PATHETIC WASTES OF TIME!!!!! STAY FAR AWAY!

Supersonic is a circus! Impossible to get my account resolved with Finance and Cancellations!!! Nobody calls back and nobody makes contact with you. They don't debit my account for an entire year... they don't call or notify me or even cut my line to alert me to the fact that something is wrong until an entire year later!!! Now I am trying to contact the accounts department and cancellations to have my line migrated and arrange a payment plan but NOBODY IS CALLING ME!!! I have received completely different stories from every individual that I have spoken to so far at Supersonic. They have cost me thousands and If this is not sorted out immediately I will be taking legal action and pressing charges for damages in lost income due to their complete and utter negligence that far surpasses the amount that I am trying to contact finance for. My new more competent service provider is waiting to migrate my line but in a typical supersonic fashion, they are taking the **** and not releasing my line. Your service is absolutely pathetic!!! GET MY ACCOUNT SORTED AND CANCELLED IMMEDIATELY!!!!!!! Agents don't know who their team leaders are... Agents don't know who their operations manager is... complete and utter joke!!! Quality is absolutely appalling and I have no idea how they have existed for this long.
