Supersonic are *******. I sent them numerous emails telling them I no longer need their services as I was moving out… ignored. Tired to call multiple times.. no answer. Tried using their pathetic WhatsApp bot.. ignored.

Then I receive a demand to pay an outstanding amount a year later? The audacity is insane. Definitely the most unprofessional WiFi provider I have come across thus far… DO NOT use Supersonic.
