Supersonic Appauling Service

I am a new customer so far the service provided is pathetic extremely appauling.Managed to get though to customer service after 20 attemps via telephone with a waiting time of 30min and numerous times via whatsapp. All pro rata and full Sept billing was paid & to date I still dont have connection. Apparently I am unable to cancel as well due to fine print. Worst ISP service provider.
