Supersonic Appalling Service
For the past 6 weeks I have been trying to sort out my fibre line with no success - Supersonic *********** consultants and technicians service is unexplainable. I have called more than 10 times, wasted my energy, time and money for nothing. Every time they are escalating and promising to get back to me but never did, spoken to some more than twice and still escalating to the manager whom they cant even provide contact details nor name for. Worse I cant connect to another Internet Service Provider as they are failing to release the line which they terminated - now stuck with no Internet service due to their pathetic service for more that 6 weeks. WORSE SERVICE EVER
