Supersonic, another BEE failure

I used to recommend Supersonic. Not anymore! A few years ago, they were superb, but with all companies, BEE took over. Been struggling, for months, to get a simple problem fixed. Simple, as in the network is up for 10 minutes and down for 10. The same old answer. We will upgrade the problem. Nothing happens.
