Supersonic and Vumatel dispicable customer service

Once again the same thing that happened for the last 4 months, I make contact with supersonic to get ap payment link or voucher all they tell me this has been escalated to Vumatel and awaiting feedback,. It’s been 72 hours and still no feedback from both supersonic and vumatel. I’m at the point of cancelling this is **** service and all their staff is *********** especially the advisors and managers is doing nothing about this Expect more reviews and all different platform I ain’t leaving it like this
