Supersonic and terrible service

Insanely annoyed. Service has been heading downhill for over a year now. Their new interface on whatsapp does not work and the support staff are not of much use. Takes hours for any response after having to follow up with them. then they don't even fix the problem. I'm paying for a 20mb line and this past week it's been down to under 1mb for hours they then "fix" it and a few hours later it is bust again. This has been happening every day. They way they deal with half the fixes implies it to be your responsibility to fix their problem. I am far beyond frustrated with them and their overpriced, useless service
