Supersonic and sadv

The service from these two companies are pathetic. I have a 100 meg line installed for about four months now with Supersonic and through sadv fiber. The best speed reached was 40 mega on average. I contacted Supersonic many times and they blame sadv who always seems to have problems with the line. Derral the technician from Supersonic has come out twice and while he is here I get the speeds that I am paying for. Unfortunately know one seems to know anything after he leaves and I am forgotten about. The call center is terrible and the staff are clueless. Sad very sad and disappointed.
