Supersonic and Ram did me dirty they delivered a router without a power supply then the following day they delivered a complete package but the Sim card was not reading on the router but thanks to Mr Moeti Manoto that guy took matters in his own hands to make sure that the mistake was rectified his calmness and patience is what is needed in the customer service industry because I was fuming and disappointed but he went out of his way to make sure my correct parcel was delivered the following day and my issues in terms of connection was sorted he's definitely a team player and asset to the company, thank you very much Mr Moeti Manoto for your assistance and for rescuing a bad customer experience you did satisfactory work
