Supersonic and NIMBILE group accounting issues

I had a battle with Supersonic to cancel my fibre and release the line. I’ve settled the account and after about a month, with pressure from Vodacom, my new ISP, the line was released. This happened in December 2020. Now after how many years, Nimble is sending out demands for payment. It’s not just me, lots of people responded in our area group with the same complaint. If you forward them the evidence, they just keep on sending invoices.
