SUPERSONIC AND MTN

The worst service to ever exist. Supersonic shouldn't even be allowed to be a registered ISP. I have been trying to cancel and release my line so that I get another ISP, but it's been a back and forth with no straight answers. All I need is my cancellation reference number!!! The call centre is non-existent, every time I call the agent pretends like they cannot hear me. The WhatsApp customer line is useless too, takes hours to answer queries. I am disappointed in MTN to even to in business with them.
