SUPERSONIC AND ITS *********** STAFF!!! STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!

I again tried to make contact on Twitter with ZERO luck!! My account has still not been sorted out. I was double billed and usage AFTER I moved from the apartment. The day I moved into my current apartment I took my ONT and router and my line was connected here on the 26th June 2021. It is nort my fault the technical department did not decommission the line at the old apartment. I didnt live there and offered to get a letter from my previous rental agent to the effect. YET ZERO resolution after nearly a year! Supersonic staff are to LAZY to trace when my line was connected in my current residence! They are *********** and can only make empty promises like Zante and the male person that called me a month ago!!! STAY AWAY FROM SUPERSONIC!! THEY WILL ***** YOUR MONEY AND CAUSE AGGRIVATION IN YOUR LIFE WITH THEIR LEVEL OF INCOMPETENCE

I relocated in the same residential area namely Sunninghill and was charged for usage at the which I surmise must be the current premises to the value of R73.48 (SS137626) for 3 days.
Funny that you give me this as an exuse and the previous person said I wasnt supposed to be charged at all as I stayed in the same residential area and same ISP! The statement clearly states that it is for SS137626 and SS032146 MFN Monthly Uncapped 25/25 Mbps @R845 - that is DEFINITELY NOT INSTALLATION FEES but me being double charged for line. You are not telling the truth as YOUR documentation clearly states it was for fibre rental. Refer to your statement dd 01/07/2021 of which I made a payment of R845.00 which ALSO doesnt reflect on the account.
So logic says: SS137626 is for the new premises and SS032146 is the previous apartment!! I am not behind on my account, Ive kept all my communication with Supersonic when I moved here and not once was it mentioned that I will be paying for ot as its in the same residential area. So I suggest you go back to your financial Manager and get a credit note
