Supersonic an ISP worse than Telkom

Worse company ever, probably even worse than Telkom. I gave my 30 days notice to cancel and received confirmation that cancellation would be effected on 31 July. A week later and it’s still not cancelled. My new isp sends me an email everyday to let me know that they can’t take over because supersonic hasn’t released the line. I’ve laid a complaint with ISPA and my attorneys will be contacting them as well.

Every single reply from supersonic is that they really sorry and the issue has been escalated and agent will contact me. This has been going on from July already.
