Supersonic - An ISP that is literally all talk and no action

I've been battling to even get an order off the ground with this ISP. I don't know why you bother to offer services when your systems are totally bugged out and your staff lack professionalism. I've attempted to place an order for a 20/10 line on three separate occassions now and each time I contact your call centre to inquire about it and give me a timeline for the completion of the order, you tell me that neither I, nor my order number exist on your system. And yes, I did register on your website. Furthermore, some of the call centre consultants lack any form of telephone etiquette and professionalism. If I could rate you with a score below zero then I would most certainly do so.
