Supersonic Air Fiber

Supersonic is a ****, terrible customer service and their employees in accounts are either stupid or just acting oblivious to what is going on even when everything is in black and white. My husband and I paid money to reconnect a service and it’s been OVER 48hrs and we are getting no assistance and almost everyone we talk to acts as if they don’t know what we’re talking about. We have shared emails, all communication, payments and still no help. I will write here every ****en day until you pay back our money if you won’t reconnect. A bunch of smammere
