Do not, uder any circumstances get involved with this dispicable company. They lure you in the their special offers of R399 for the first 3 months and thereafter R549 per month. I signed up and the first payment was over R500 and I was told that it would be R399 for the following 3 months. The following month it was R399 and thereafter it jumped up by R80 which was unaffordable for me as I am a pensioner so I cancelled and they slapped me with a bill for nearly R1 000 for cancelling. They are ******* and *****ulant. Do not be fooled by their ads! And as for any feedback you can wait for days if you are lucky enough to get anyone to contact you.
