supersonic accounts issue

i had an account with them and i did upgrade where they opened another account together with upgrade . been in contact with them since January 2023 to resolve this issue as money that where EFT to them didn't reflect on my account and they still take debit orders Aswell . been trying to stop debit orders on these two accounts via emails WhatsApp chat with no success as they keep changing reference nr . spoke to one of the agents where i picked up that information was for a different address and account nr and highlighted it to them and person just removed address from invoice and resend it back to me .when i logged in to my account via internet it show -R2000.00 and send proof of it to them and now account is blocked so i cant access it any more.
