Supersonic account department

First the consolten tells me there is no cancelation fee, 2 months later account department is not happy with that so they take money out of my account with out contacting me first, send them emails no response do that ticket thing of theirs (13 of them) and still no response from them but very quick to suspend the service can't replay to any calls or emails extremely pathetic
