Supersonic absolutely terrible service and very militant

Supersonic absolutely terrible service, very militant and there online portal is a lie..

I was late with 1 payment and made the payment via there portal same time, showing on there side all is in the green. Yet there suspended my line, then a day later also termination my line completely, 1 to 4 days on the call center nothing is done... yet there staff said me if your line is suspended they also suspend (terminitate) it with your fiber provider this information is not provide to us customers on black and white nothing so people be aware.

Another thing with supersonic online portal, the recoding says if u suspended just make a payment and within 60min the line will be back to normal, this is a lie, u less u call them and beg There ticket system nobody attend to it unless u call them also, otherwise it's stay open.

DO NOT USE SUPERSONIC YES THERE SPEED IS GOOD BUT AFTER SERVICES, PORTAL AND CALL ENTER IS CRQP
