@SUPERSONIC / RAM ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING SERVICE ...

My wife called RAM on Saturday 23rd and they reconfirmed the address for the delivery of the parcel.

this morning i phoned RAM , they again confirmed the address and the parcell was getting ready for the delivery.

I phoned RAM to follow up this afternoon , and i get told they are waiting for SUPERSONIC TO CONFIRM THE ADDRESS ?????????

Is this a LEGIT BUSINESS THESE COMPANIES ARE RUNNING ? IT SURE SEEMS LIKE A NURSERY SCHOOL...

THEY HAVE NO IDEA OF WHAT THEY ARE DOING.. NOT RAM NOR SUPERSONIC.

PLEASE CANCEL MY ORDER... ITS NOW ALMOST 3 WEEKS AND IM STILL WAITING FOR THE ROUTER - THIS IS AN ABSOLUTE JOKE AND PATHETIC NEEDLESS TO SAY.......
