Supersonic absolutely pathetic service.

Supersonic has suspended my contract due to an apparent none payment from the month of September 2020 which is absolutely incorrect. On top of this, it is impossible to get hold of them as I have tried numerous times with no calls being picked up. I have sat on the phone for over an hour on 4 occasions and waited till the voice-over says I am caller number 1 only then to be told I am caller number 50 1 minute later. I have sent numerous emails and have had no response. I am absolutely disgusted with the service as firstly I need the wifi for my work and it has been suspended with no warning. Secondly, I have wasted over R400 airtime holding on a line that was never answered over and over again. the more I try to get hold of the company the more airtime gets wasted. I think that this is absolutely pathetic and am highly irritated, I would expect this to be rectified by today.
