Supersonic

I have never dealt with such an *********** company. The customer service is non existent, filled with empty promises by *********** staff members with no intention of doing what they say. I cancelled my contract in May 2020, but after being sent an invoice every month since that, I have just been threatened with a final notice, stating that if I do not pay any outstanding amount then my account will be handed over to an external collection agency. It’s laughable that a company as useless as Supersonic is still operating. There is not a single purchase in existence that would be a bigger waste than spending a cent on Supersonic. I strongly encourage you to stop sending empty threats and rather focus your time and effort on fixing your failing, *********** company.
