Supersonic - A pathetic ISP

I am an existing customer of Supersonic. I have been sending Supersonic numerous emails the past 2 - 3 months and even called their call centre a few times, as their WhatsApp channel is not functioning., without any avail. They ignore all my requests, phone calls or emails. This is so disappointing. Even disgusting. This is a poor and pathetic customer service and so typical of Africa. And all I want to know is the outstanding amount on my rooter.
