SUPERSONIC - A BUNCH OF *******

I've give Supersonic one star in order to write this review, they definitely do NOT deserve any stars! I'm really sorry I didn't take the time to read reviews on Supersonic before I decided to use them. Had I done that I would have saved myself hours and hours of holding on the phone waiting for one of their 'superstars' to answer the phone, not to mention the times, in desperation, I've asked to speak to a supervisor and been put on hold with no supervisor ever speaking to me. Perhaps there are no supervisors!!! On top of this blatant disregard for their customers, don't try get an over payment refunded from these *******, they duck and dive and lie and keep your money. They currently have two payments from me for August and I await with baited breath to see if they intend taking a September payment as well! To say I'm disgusted with this company and truly wish I'd never heard of them, would be an understatement!
