Supersonic *******

Today marks 3 weeks since this nightmare has started. Endless calls,amount to hundreds of Rands and Whatsapp chats to no avail. It is not their problem,it's Vumatel and vice versa. Incompetence at its best, more than years later they still don't have a correct address nor fibre package details. Imagine calling your isp and they insist your line is suspended and you have to convince them it is not suspended. On a normal day I am lucky if I have 30 minutes of uninterrupted internet. You reset like they advise, stays unconnected longer. I have given up on Supersonic. They can't even do a cancelation properly. This is my last hope,I cancel and find a different isp,hopefully it works. Supersonic, there is nothing super ,just ******* service!
