Supersonic ****

I would like to voice my extreme dissatisfaction with a truly horrible company called Supersonic. Their service is one of the worst I have ever had to deal with. I took out a contract around 2020. Because of their horrible, awful service I cancelled my contract in 2021 and instructed them to collect the router from me. In their terms and conditions they state that the customer has to pay Ram Internatiol couriers if the Router is returned to Supersonic. I find this a very poor way of encouraging clients to use their service. I think that for them to fail to contact me for two years in able to return the router is absolutely disgustiong and I would like to warn other potentiol users to be aware of this **** of a company.
