Ive been trying to get my line released from them for the last week now and are unable to contact them as their agents put you on hold for 20min and leave you on hold.
They were suppose to release my line on the last notice day but no luck. Emails have been sent and no one comes back to you. Very very bad service that i recieved from them the last 2 weeks. No one are able to help us!!
