Supersonic
After signing up for a R399, 120gig lte month to month contract while waiting for my fibre to be installed. Thinking I could cancel the contract with a months notice. I duly cancelled the contract end of August 2020, paid R159 extra as I assumed a cancellation fee. This morning I wake up to an sms with a notification of R1,480.22 debit for Supersonic?!?!?! Not once was I informed of this "claw back fee" and 3 months after I cancelled my contract. Sadly it's a debit order so I cant reverse it?!?! Absolutely livid & furious!! How disgusting?!?!
