Supersonic

Supersonic engaged with my father, a pensioner, to make use of their services. They never came along to have them sign papers for the services. Quite a while went pass, then my father made an enquiry as to why he does not receive statements from them or why they are not deducting his fees. All of a sudden 3 days after that he received a huge invoice to be sette. Since he is a pensioner, he requested them to make arrangements. Needless to say... We have been calling and emailing them Ed nausea!!!!!!!!!! Every time you get a different call agent. He send an email, signed papers, but supersonic did not deduct as per agreed. Again we call and email Ed nausea......... They say they will sort it... But nothing happens... And then he gets SMS abou him having to settle the accounts immediately...... Wow.... With no service this is Impossible. I think this company might be ******** people, because there is no one of them that has anything on system to review. They refuse to give the directors details. I am seriously worried they might do the same to other innocent pensioners and fellow south Africans. Someone must help us to resolve this.... And it seems Not to he supersonic?????? They attempted to take all his money again this month??????
