Supersonic

Hello my name Calmin McCarthy I've been struggling with this supersonic for 2 and a half weeks now and I don't have WiFi so now I'm fed up with supersonic I called net nine nine do a change of address for me cause I was using them all this time so on 3rd of this month me thinking it's net nine nine who came to install a new router at flat not knowing it's supersonic who's doing the installation and a day later a lady from supersonic phones and we go through the whole process of the application me not knowing it's supersonic only at the end of everything the lady says it's supersonic and the monthly payment will be r650 and then I realised no man I'm with net nine nine and where does supersonic come in and I told that lady to cancel everything and she say okay she will cancel cause I'm with net nine nine 2 days later they send me 2 messages that the payment didn't go through and I'm like I told this lady to cancel and still she doesn't cancel so now net nine nine can't come and do my installation cause I'm on supersonic database and I've been trying to get hold of them for 2 and a half weeks now I called this guy who installed the router at my flat to call there office and cancel that account they opened for me which I cancelled so ja I'm fed up with people and there stories cause a person can't get hold of no one they give you numbers to call and still it doesn't help please fix my account and please stop debiting my account cause now I'm willing to go further with you'll from supersonic it the worst network ever and giving it a 1 star is to much they don't deserve a 1 star they get a 0 from me so please fetch your router and fix my account today still cause I can't go on without my WiFi
