Supersonic wifi service providers in Roodepoort has no aftersales service..... According to their website doesnt matter what the fault is on your service it will be sorted out within 4 to 6 hours after logging the fault...... The email adress which is given to log faults doesnt work , their whatsapp support is non excistent , they only answer once every hour if you are lucky.... And the call centre tries, but shame.... I have been without service for 72 hours now and i would not re****ent Sopersonic at all . They are pathetic and there service is ****...
