Supersonic - 4 to 10 MB on a 200MB Connection

This is my speed test results with no other device connected on my 200MB connection

Every day without fail from 6 to 11 pm I get 4 to 10 MB on my downlink. I get full speed on my uplink. Speed tests are done with no other devices on the network via ETH and Wireless - Same issue.

Metro fibre has indicated this is a supersonic problem and not their issue. MFN Tickets - 177302 & 177209
