Supersonic

This service provider has the worst customer service consultants(Jacob). They are clueless on they what are doing. My network has been down for 4 days and without any assistance from them. The only word they know is "escalating" instead of assisting me. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM SUPERSONIC.
