Supersonic

Absolutely horrible service. Fibre down every weekend. Starts Friday evening and is intermittent through out the whole weekend. If you phone the technical desk - no resolution- either you just get cut off or no call back. Thus I will only pay for the days the fibre is actually working. Worst is wife must work from home and we have to spend extra money on data(****le) because Supersonic cannot deliver a service.
