My dealings with Vanessa, Lisa, Ryan and Lesley were a pleasure and I am happy with the outcome. The aforementioned people really went out of their way to fix my problem. The reason for 4 star rating (and not a 5) is I believe the same solution could have been achieved in a much quicker and less frustrating way. The front line people who answer (or don't answer calls) need a better understanding of your business The WhatsApp line is poorly handled, as soon as the agent has no solution they just disappear.
