Supersonic

So I canceled my supersonic account end of September so October would be my last month to pay. And I have phoned to confirm my account is cancelled as well. They sent me a sms on Christmas eve to say they taking a debit order of R944. 39 I called they said I must not worry it's a **** message our account is closed not even a half an hour later they took the debit order I called again gave them hell they will refund the money. Still waiting I called the bank to see if I could do it they said its blocked they can't reverse it so I called supersonic again this morning they will check with the accounts department to get it reversed they are a bunch of scallems the lady said she will email me the case number I'm on leave so she said she will call me back I'm still waiting..
